To get started, here are two of the best options for how to proceed with setting up your free 15-minute consultation with me so that we can move forward with beginning your healing journey:
Fill out the contact information form below, and I’ll get back in touch with you shortly after I receive your request form (within 1-2 business days) to schedule a time for us to connect for your free 15-minute consultation, or;
You can just go on my SimplePractice weblink (linked here) and self-select your time for a requested consultation — as soon as I get the request, I’ll confirm with you the time and we’ll go from there!
Phone consultations are an important practice of mine that I always engage in with prospective clients because:
1) It give space for you to share with me a general overview of the reasons your seeking help and what your needs are;
2) It provides an opportunity for me to share with you a general overview of how my practice works and;
3) It allows further space for you to ask me as many questions as you may need (within the time frame of course) in order for you to determine if I’m a good fit meeting your needs. I’m passionate about the issue of fully informed consent and self-advocacy, including for people to know their rights of being able to ask as many questions as they need with healthcare providers in order for them to receive the best care that serves them AND cares about their well-being. You know yourself and where you’re at the most, and have the right to make the choice that you think best fits your healing journey — and I fully support your choice along the way, no matter what you end up choosing after our consultation!
I look forward to the privilege of getting to hear your truth and providing you the space to do so.
